  • OVERVIEW
    • Mod uses cache for everything
    • Integrated Update Checker
    • Latest News about the mod directly in ACP (You can enable/disable this part and the update checker from settings)

  • STAFF

    • In Staff Main page you view directly to which Department every Staff is assigned
    • Ability to Show/Hide certain staff from the Public Staff List
    • Ability to not send email notification upon new tickets to certain staffs

  • DEPARMENTS
    • Possibility to order Departments with a position number
    • Each Department have is own prefix/suffix so tickets titles in Ticket List are formatted using them (if enabled in ACP Settings)
    • Ability to hide certain Departments from normal member so only Staff can move a ticket there after it has been posted
    • Each Department have is own Staff assigned
    • In Department Main Page you will see also assigned Staff for each Department
    • Only assigned Staff can see Tickets in the assigned Ticket Department, not everyone!

  • TICKET STATUSES
    • Assign a Status to every ticket
    • Ability to set a default Statuses so every new Ticket will have this Status
    • Ability to specify in which way Statuses are ordered
    • Number of Tickets that are assigned to each Ticket Status

  • MODERATOR LOGS
    • Every moderation action is logged in ACP
    • Filter moderation logs by:
      • Member Display Name
      • Member Login Name
      • Member ID
      • IP Address
      • Ticket ID
      • Reply ID
    • In every filter you can choose to match the keywords with "Exact" or "Contains"

  • TOOLS
    • Rebuild Mod Caches
      • Statistics
      • Staff
      • Departments
      • Statuses
    • Resync Tickets: resyncs the attachments count, starter and last poster name, number of replies, etc
    • Rebuild Ticket Statuses Count

Front End


  • EVERYWHERE
    • In member bar members will see a count (Updated with AJAX if enabled in ACP) that will tell them if there are new replies in the Ticket System

  • TICKET LIST
    • Unread icon show up on tickets you haven't read yet
    • Non staff people will see only their Tickets and Public Tickets
    • Member/Groups assigned as Staff will see their tickets/public tickets and also every ticket in their assigned Departments
    • If ticket have attachments an attach icon is displayed next to the ticket name
      • Clicking the attach icon will popup a window with all the attachments listed and a link to find the exact reply where the attachment is located
    • Ability to sort Tickets in different order (both ASC or DESC):
      • Ticket Name
      • Starter Name
      • Start Date
      • Replies
      • Last Reply
      • Number of Attachments
    • Ability to filter tickets by:
      • All
      • Open
      • Closed
      • Private
      • Public
      • Departments
      • Statuses
    • Link to view every Member/Group assigned as staff in the Ticket System
      (From ACP you can hide specified group/members from this list)

  • TICKET VIEW
    • Basically this view will be like the actual Topic View but with only linear view
    • Additional Options:
      • Subscribe to Ticket without replying to it
      • Print Ticket
      • Download Ticket as HTML file
      • Download Ticket as DOC file (Microsoft Word)
    • Multi-Quote buttons to quote more replies at once
    • Fast Reply
      • Staff can change Department/Status from fast reply and the closed status too
    • Over The first post of the ticket you will see a small table with a quick summary of the ticket:
      • Accessiblity (Public/Private)
      • Department
      • Status
    • If the member is an assigned Staff at the bottom will see 3 additional dropdown box with those actions:
      • Open/Close Ticket
      • Make Ticket Public/Private
      • Delete Ticket
      • Change Department/Status Ticket without replying

  • NEW TICKET VIEW
    • Select Ticket Department (only staff can reassign it after the ticket is created)
    • Tickets will have as first status the default status set in ACP
    • Editor like in Topic View, both STD or RTE
    • Email notification to every member assigned as staff in the Department the ticket is posted
    • Ability to follow or not the Ticket (initially is set following member's preferences, but can be changed of course)

  • REPLY TICKET VIEW
    • Staff can reassign the ticket to a new department or update it status to another
    • Ability to close a ticket (only for allowed staff)
    • Staff can change the ticket accessibility Private/Public

  • USER CONTROL PANEL (My Settings)
    • Direct link to create a New Ticket
    • New Area to Manage Attachments (order them by name, size, date or delete them)

  • HOOKS
    • Number of unread tickets near the "View New Content" link (updated with ajax if enabled in ACP)
    • New button for each post to create a ticket as the member if the member is in a group with that option enabled!
