- Assign a Status to every ticket
- Ability to set a default Statuses so every new Ticket will have this Status

PUBLIC SIDE
- EVERYWHERE
- In
member bar members will see a count (Updated with AJAX if enabled in ACP) that will tell them if there are new replies in the Ticket System
- TICKET LIST
- Change tickets Status from Ticket List through AJAX (just click on "Status: xxx" and the dropdown will appear)
- Unread icon show up on tickets based on the last visit time (same time used for the Count in member bar)
[So to reset them you need to use "Mark all Posts as Read" on Board Index] - Non staff people will see only their Tickets and Public Tickets
- Member/Groups assigned as Staff will see their tickets/public tickets and also every ticket in their assigned Departments
- If ticket have attachments an attach icon is displayed next to the ticket name
- Clicking the attach icon will popup a window with all the attachments listed and a link to find the exact reply where the attachment is located
- Ability to sort Tickets in different order (both ASC or DESC):
- Ticket Name
- Starter Name
- Start Date
- Replies
- Last Reply
- Number of Attachments
- Ability to filter tickets by:

- TICKET VIEW
- Basically this view will be like the actual Topic View but with only linear view
- Ticket Options dropdown with:
- Subscribe to Ticket without replying to it
- Print Ticket
- Download Ticket as HTML file
- Download Ticket as DOC file (Microsoft Word)
- Multi-Quote buttons to quote more replies at once
- Fast Reply (Only with full reply staff can change the ticket state open/closed/public/private)
- Staff now can change Department/Status from Fast reply
- Over The first post of the ticket you will see a small table with a quick summary of the ticket:
- ID
- Name
- Public/Private
- Department
- Status
- If the member is an assigned Staff at the bottom will see 3 additional dropdown box with those actions:
- Open/Close Ticket
- Make Ticket Public/Private
- Delete Ticket
- Change Department/Status Ticket without replying
- NEW TICKET VIEW
- Select Ticket Department (only staff can reassign it after the ticket is created)
- Tickets will have as first status the default status set in ACP
- Editor like in Topic View, both STD or RTE
- Email notification to every member assigned as staff in the Department the ticket is posted
- Ability to track or not the Ticket (initially is set following member's preferences, but can be changed of course)
- REPLY TICKET VIEW
- Staff can reassign the ticket to a new department or update it status to another
- Ability to close a ticket (only for allowed staff)
- Staff can change the ticket state Private/Public
